Don't Sell Your Apartments: Buy

I have discussed the current real estate market with many Fresno property investors in the past two years.  They have either been unsuccessful in selling their residential investment at the price desired or are afraid to try putting it on the market, fearing low offers, or worse yet, no offers.  Many want to wait until the market returns.  What should prudent investors do in this situation?

You can either lower your price so the investment you currently own sells, and pay lesser capital gains taxes.  Or you could improve your portfolio position by purchasing Fresno property at a deep discount.   That is what many smart investors are doing here in Fresno.   Most of the best deals are in the more affordable single family homes and small income property (2-4 units), due to the high percentage of foreclosures and short sales. Sales volume has tripled in the past year.   I even know of some major multifamily investments which will be available at rock bottom prices soon. Click here for more information.
